"The villa is clean and tidy. No insects inside the house and i appreciated that! Facilities in the villa are in good condition such as the air conditioner is super cold! There was a short period of time that there was not hot water supply for the bedroom downstairs and the pool’s light broke down but the hotel staff fixed it within hours. The staff are extremely nice and friendly, really helped us a lot especially the buggy car service! Hotel breakfast was extremely good! Lots of bread choices...

"what i did not like: room was fine, not crazy dirty but our fridge was completely broken so we couldnt leave any drink or food in there. There is a ceiling light that doesnt turn off so whoever stayed in the room before ducktaped some instant noodle cup label over it to block the light. "An excellent hotel really, if I had to be picky, the room could be a bit more modern, but everything worked in it. I had a seaview room and did hear faint morning music every day. "If you can, you definitely should. Huge living space, beautiful bedrooms, large outdoor living with private pool. The breakfast buffet was good and the other resort pools were also fantastic. relaxing place, the staff are very nice and always doing their best to help where they can. It’s great for family. The food was excellent, lots of varieties but it was geared toward international food, not the Vietnamese culture. However, I did not find this place to be 5 stars due to quality of the villas. Cabinets looks cheap. Fridge was slanted, pool was felt dirty. It was a nice villa, just the quality wasn’t there especially for the price you pay for. "
