"From the moment we arrived and the Staff carried 2 suitcases up the stairs to the lobby, we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is great for a couple of lazy days at the Beach and exploring Phuket. The reception Staff, Kik, Susan and Pupae really went out of their way to provide assistance. "

"Okay - a bit higher priced than most in the area but doesn't offer a whole lot more. No towels in Gym and had to ask for water.
