"My stay was good! Upon arriving Joseph (Joe) checked us in, very friendly & helpful and good personality! The lobby smelled incredible the whole time we were there! Like powder & jasmine! We rented a car so most attractions were only 15 mins away, decent location.. The hotel is a 5 star so I guess I was expecting more in the room, it was nice, an ocean view window, but nothing else extra.. comfortable beds & spacious bathroom, the rooms didn’t smell like the lobby tho..

Everything is walkable but they do provide a shuttle to the mall, park beach and Waikiki beach. Clean new rooms, pools, Jacuzzis, gym, spa, bars, restaurant. Staff are very responsive."

Ambience of the property is so nice. There is a positive vibe in this place, this is our first visit and we really liked it. They need to upgrade the property and increase the room sizes."
