"Hotel building/rooms definitely needs some renovation. Not that they are bad, just not new. Rooms are pretty small as well, but thats what you can check in room description so pretty much expected. Everything else is on very high level especially service and amenities. Animation can be improved in terms how active animators are in involving patrons, but list of activities is pretty extensive. Evening shows are of good quality as well. Overall its very good hotel for families with

- The all the staffs were very friendly and made our stay memorable.
- The price was very reasonable for 3 adults and 1 kid stay with all onboard.
- Hotel has parking which we used and was convinent.
- Rooms are cleaned everyday, so it was nice and fresh.
- My mom fainted one night, and help was immediately available and the staff looked after us well, so 5 stars for the staffs.
- Entertainments and show are amazing as well.
Things to improve:
- Its definitely not a five star...

"Ha nem siettem nem jutott gyümölcs. Nem töltötték újra, de panaszra nincs ok mert ha kéretem extra kívánságra azonnal hoztak. Azt gondolom nem lenne szabad oda jutni, hogy kérni kelljen, fel kellene tölteni szó nélkül az étkezés ideje alatt a kifogyott tányérokat. Nem volt elegendő ágy a medence körül. Ezt is kérni kellett volna, de a pihenésem nem erről szólt. Egyébként a hely kellemes szép tiszta. Személyzet kedves. Gyönyörű szoba volt."
