The location was fantastic—just a short walk from Shibuya Station, making it incredibly convenient for accessing public transport and iconic sights like Shibuya Crossing. The area is surrounded by countless food outlets, offering everything from casual local eateries to more upscale dining options. Whether you’re in the mood for ramen, sushi, or even international cuisine, there’s something for everyone within walking distance. The service at the hotel was equally commendable. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. My room was clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Location Location Location
The location of this hotel was excellent for anyone who wants to explore the Shibuya and nearby neighborhoods! The convenience of it being right by the Shibuya station was the deciding factor of us despite it being quite an expensive option. There are also numerous dining options nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We pretty much confirmed all the directions of nearby attractions with reception and they patiently explained. Breakfast was delicious. The only downside for us was finding the actual entrance to the hotel! The room that we stayed in could use an update as well.

Great location, right next to shibuya crossing and the train station! Considering how close it was to the busy streets, it was very quiet the entire stay. The hotel required a bit of navigating to find initially, but otherwise no complaints. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English well. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was located in the perfect location in Shibuya, right at Shibuya crossing! That said, I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. We were able to open our 3 luggages and still move about the room. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Tokyo.
