Hotel in perfect condition and great location
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Compared to Tokyo hotels, concierge services are very comprehensive. Location is exceptional. Rooms are in great condition, comfortable and always clean due to excellent cleaning service.

2/10 Poor

Horrid experience on all accounts...NOT Luxury!
This was the most disappointing hotel stay I've had in a long time. It was not at all as advertised in the photos with the size of the room being much smaller and the strange layout of the open bathroom area making it awkward and loud. The decor was very unappealing - looks like a college dorm room and not an upscale hotel with creepy dimly lit hallways. The noise from the traffic kept me awake most of the night and the shower leaked into the room. I tried to get out of the booking and had the nicest Hotels.com agent try assist me, but the hotel refused to give us a free-cancellation and we were stuck. The worst part of all of this was that it cost $820 CAD for 1 night...this is not a luxury hotel experience - DO NOT fall for it and don't make the same mistake we did!!

Nice, modern hotel in a nice area in Ginza!
Pros: Hotel was nice, modern and clean. Location was great and near Ginza's shopping streets. Great shower pressure. Very helpful stuff. Cons: Rooms seemed a bit small, even the 27sq.m. we got was barely ok for 2 people. Biggest disappointment is the sounds you hear from the subway when you are at a lower floor. Even though I have requested a higher floor, i was given a 4th floor room that you could hear the noise from the subway frequently.

Excellent services! Prime Location!
All staff are very helpful and cheerful. Toilet seat heating not functioned. The cleanliness of the carpet and floor can be improved. Overall the stay was very nice. Especially the perfect location. The bar is cool and spacious. Tasty ice-cream is complimentary for children of hotel members 👍👍👍

Tokyo Visit
Whilst the rooms are small they are comfortable. The breakfast is great and the location of the hotel is a 10. The staff are also first class but that is throughout Japan.

Centrally situated hotel in Tokyo
The hotel is centrally situated in Ginza. The staff was good and helpful. The room was okay with necessary amenities. Still we feel that generally,it was too rxpensive and not worth the money we paid compared to the hotel we stayed earlier.

A little pricy but very nice hotel!!
Right in the heart of Ginza, and great walking distance from a lot of major tourists sites, and right by the subway. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in making restaurant reservations and finding tourist information. Breakfast buffet is not too large but just enough for a good meal. Best cheese omlet I've tried in years!! The young short lady staff at breakfast was super polite and friendly and always smiling. Fitness/gym has enough free weights for a decent workout. Overall, the hotel is very neat, modern, clean, comfortable bed. Highly recommend for young travelers.

Nice American hotel
We stayed with you for a few days at the end of our Japan trip. After staying at home Japanese hotels it was a little bit of a shock to get back to this Americanized version. Staff was not as polite or attentive as other hotels that we stayed in. Well the bed was comfortable, it was right next to the wall and difficult to get in and out of. Strangely, the TV was on the wall next to the bed and not viewable from the bed. Nice big windows with awesome blackout drapes.

8/10 Very good

Our room was spacious for Tokyo standards. However the hotel has a distinct “air freshener” smell which was overpowering at times. Our room smelled significantly like body odor - likely from feet on the carpet so I can see why air freshener is used. The restaurant was great and the location is wonderful. The buffet breakfast is completely worth the cost.
