Staff were helpful welcoming and supportive. They have a facility to warm up food and use of kitchen. Value for money and it is in good location.

Nothing to complaint about this stay. Room was small but cozy, comfy and had my own shower tub. Staff was helpful and responded promptly to an email query. Location was busy and a bit noisy but my room was on the other end, which means I wasn't so affected by the noise as possibly other rooms. The only thing which would deserve a comment is that a building with so many floors deserved a lift for those who carry heavy luggage
