27 Foot Sailboat with Beautiful views of wildlife and the marina. WIFI , Has access to Shower(lock and key private) Electrical outlets and a porta potty on the boat. Has plenty of room for 4 people to sleep will accommodate up to 5 max(4adults,one child), watch the sunset, tan during the day, minutes walk to seal beach, rent electric boats, jet ski in Alamitos bay. The mall with multiple restaurants, grocery stores, starbucks, Oceanside dining,Fishing, Water sports rental all a 2 min walkaway. Full Solar set up so you can charge via USB, Lanterns and Ice Box. You CAN'T take Boat out!
