The location is fantastic. The rooms are a bit tight but the 1st floor is better with higher ceilings. Service is ok, housekeeping takes very long to fulfil any request. Hotel is quite chic and cool.

This hotel was amazing! It was centrally located, perfect for families, and the staff was so helpful. We’d highly recommend it to everyone. Can’t say enough good things about it!

ICON BCN is centrally located and 5 mins walking to Placa Cataluyna and El Corte Ingles. El Corte Ingles has a wonderful food court with delicious food on the top floor with panoramic views of Barcelona. We had lunch there twice and would go more often if we stayed longer. ICON BCN also walking distance to Palau Musica, the various basilicas, churches, the Cathedral, La Rambla, restaurants, museums, Gaudi buildings, and even the harbor front. Location is very good. Taxi stand just at the corner. Many coffee bars around the corner, across the street, where you can grab morning coffee, hot chocolate, pastries, croissants and afternoon drinks. The room was clean, very large and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Bath amenities good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is quiet, calm and restful. However, tissue paper was provided in a tiny packet containing maybe two - three sheets. Would recommend ICON BCN.
