I loved staying here, even extending my stay. I have multiple food sensitivities and it can be hard to find what I need. However the supermarket next door stocks Gluten-free bread, sugar free drinks and great fruit and veg( Turkiye has great fruit and veg anyway). The Hotel is very recent in opening and they must of worked hard on the sound proofing as it was relatively quiet. The area has so many food options, and the sight of the Bosphorous and the many Mosques around is a wonderful way to start and end the day. I slept well, and the staff are professional and welcoming. If cleaning staff could remember to top up water in fridge that would be great. Cleaning is carried out each day and they are thorough. There are some design oddities in the room like there should of been a space behind the work desk to slip the electric cord for the socket, which is underneath the table. Plus the constant flashing of a light from a plug in the room. But the room also has plenty of storage space so you don't feel cramped or that you have to live out of your suitcase. It was a very comfortable stay.

Odanın temizliği mükemmeldi. 306 nolu odada kaldım 5 kapaklı depolama alanı, komodin, çalışma masası, kettle ve kurutma makinesi vardı. Manzarası olan bir odada manzaraya karşı oturmak, çalışmak için bir koltuk ve sehpa iyi olurdu. Yan odadan sürekli ses geliyordu, yüksek sesli konuşmamalarına rağmen hem konuşma hem bilgisayarlarından gelen sesi sürekli duydum. Yer olarak çok cazip bir lokasyonda, sahile, merkeze, toplu taşımaların neredeyse hepsine erişim çok rahat. Ama arabayla gelmenizi tavsiye etmem. Arabayla geleceğimi söylediğimde otoparkları olduğunu söylediler fakat kırdığım tüm yıldızları otoparktan kırdım. Tek bir aydınlatmanın bile olmadığı, yığma eşyaların, kırık dökük malzemelerin sağda solda yığın halinde durduğu, berbat kokan bir yere arabayla indiğimde yanlış yere girdiğimi düşündüm. Benden başka insan ya da aracın uğradığını sanmıyorum oraya. Ama orası hakikaten otoparklarıymış, henüz orayı tamamlamadıklarını söyleyebilirlerdi fakat haberleri bile yoktu aşağıda ne olduğundan ya da olmadığından. O korkunç yere müşterilerini almak yerine marketle yer konusunda anlaşmalarını tavsiye ederim. Akşam check-inde resepsiyondaki hanımefendi ne kadar kibar ve ilgiliydiyse sabah otelden ayrılırken resepsiyondaki hanımefendi o kadar ilgisiz ve selamsızdı. Fiyatlarını fahiş hale getirmezlerse düzenli olarak kalmayı planladığım bir yer oldu. Odadaki rahatlık benim için çok önemliydi o konuda da fazlasıyla memnun kaldım.

**Frezya Oteli Hakkında Yorum** Bir hafta boyunca, “kadınlara özel” olduğu için Frezya Oteli’nde kaldım. Ancak otele girdiğimde beni bir erkeğin karşılaması beni şaşırttı. “Sadece kadınlara özel” bir otelde erkek çalışan olmamalı. Odalar temiz, yatak konforlu ve banyo tertemizdi. Ancak tek kişilik odamda televizyon olmaması beni üzdü; bu durum sitede belirtilmiş olsa da gözden kaçırmışım. Otel sessiz bir ara sokakta, yanında market ve karşısında Gloria Jeans bulunuyor. Kahvaltı otelde sunulmuyor ama yakınlarda kahvaltı yapabileceğiniz yerler mevcut. Personel nazik ve güler yüzlüydü. Ancak otelin en büyük sorunu ses yalıtımı. Yan odadaki konuşmaları, banyoyu ve hatta tuvalet seslerini bile net bir şekilde duyabiliyorsunuz. Gece, komşu odada birinin önce çişini yapıp sonra telefonundan müzik açıp duş almasını sanki odamdaymış gibi dinledim. Bu sorun acilen çözülmeli. Bir diğer hayal kırıklığım ise personelin yardımsever olmamasıydı. Telefonum bozulduğu için nişanlım beni arayamamış ve oteli arayıp durumumu kontrol etmelerini rica etmiş. Ancak “böyle bir hizmetimiz yok” denilerek reddedilmiş. Bu insanlıkla alakalı bir durum. Daha önce kaldığım bir otelde personel dizim çıktığında her konuda ve günlerce kapıma gelerek yardımcı olmuştu, bu otel ise bu konuda sınıfta kaldı. Bu nedenlerle tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

Wij vonden alles onwijs goed, de locatie was top, het hotel was zeer schoon.De medewerkers waren vriendelijk.Wat wel jammer was, was het gedrag van de vrouwelijke medewerker die haar niet boeide toen we het vervoersbedrijf niet konden bereiken en bijna ons vlucht hadden gemist, puur omdat wij niet via hun hebben geregeld denk ik.Was geen leuke afsluiting, maar voor de rest was het een prettige verblijf.
