This was just 1-night stay close to Heathrow after arriving in UK. We have stayed here before and it is walking close from airport with designated interior walkway from airport. We added on dinner and breakfast and there was plenty of options, and delicious. Our room had no shampoo, but we had our own. Great bed for our sleep - nice and quiet area, and hotel. Very comfortable all around.

I spent 6 nights at the location and had no problems at all. I particularly liked the access to Heathrow by means of the overhead walkway. This allowed me to plan for my departing flight without having to worry about transportation. Staff were friendly and accessible, room was clean and comfortable and I will definitely stay again next time I fly out of Heathrow.

The room facilities are basic. The room size is very spacious. Bed is a bit hard but ok. Wifi is poor considering I’m using it with the least amount of probably online activity at 3am so it’s still not good when it should be.

How can you have an international airport hotel with zero USB ports in the room?! Shower pressure was way too weak. Toilet had a funky flusher. Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed. Limited light food options for walk up/take away. Good signage to get there. Located at T4 terminal - very convenient.

Expedia misrepresented the booking details. We reserved a room for three adults, but upon arrival, we were informed that this was not permitted, and we were forced to book an additional room. Very disappointing, especially since this was not communicated during the booking process. The hotel is conveniently located for Terminal 4 at Heathrow, but if you’re flying out of a different terminal, expect a bit of a journey—manageable, but not ideal. The hotel itself is very basic but clean. The common areas are pleasant, and it offers standard amenities. It’s suitable for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer visit.
