"The place was very clean. The breakfast area was clean and food was fresh. Tina at the front desk was very professional and helpful. I like the extra security with the elevators needing a card fo access them"
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Charlotte LoSo Airport
"Very clean and exactly like the pictures. I love the fridge and microwave most hotels today do not have that. Housekeeping cleaned everyday and if for some reason we didn’t need them to clean but just needed extra towels they gave it with no hesitation. Staff was extremely nice. The only thing I didn’t like and was not aware of before hand was the $10 nightly parking. Keep in mind it’s self parking so that was a bummer."
Moxy Charlotte Downtown
"Three night stay for a concert/mini getaway. Unique set up for a high rise hotel with check in desk on the 13th floor. Front desk staff was courteous and efficient. Great bar and outdoor area for gathering and some bags. Elevators were quick and parking turned out ok. We took advice of others and parked first day in adjoining lot to save about $25/night. Used valet for the final day and our valet driver was awesome! This is a good walkable location for concerts, uptown restaurants, bars and arts district. We enjoyed the area and felt safe."
