The property condition is misrepresented in pictures. The room had a bowing ceiling in entryway with visible dirt in vents, visible large stains on furniture, dirty substance on light switch, wall panels falling apart in corridor, scuffs on walls. Dilapidated & poorly maintained. I didn’t even sit in the room. I checked out & was charged for 7 nights. They refused to give accurate receipt reflecting same day departure & still being charged 7 nights, including breakfast each of those days. Policy allows discretion for refunds after check in. I had no way of knowing the condition of the room before check in. They didn’t even attempt to make anything right (like offering different room) and chose to charge. They refused anything in writing (including copy of supposed internal note that I left property same date) & said contact customer service. I filmed condition of room & myself leaving property as proof. It was pay at property, they had full control and ability to refund. Charges currently in dispute. Customer service directed to 3rd party booking & when I said it was pay at property, they asked for my information (as if I didn’t already provide it), said they’d be glad to follow up, and I never heard back from them. I flew internationally & this wasted an entire afternoon of my trip, as I had to find and travel to another hotel.
