"Met the counter admitting staff, great crew. Cookies at the front desk to fund raise for ‘Hope Air’ is a fabulous idea. Left items behind in my room accidentally on checking out and they were prompt to bundle them up and return them to me. I’ll be returning again."

"I found a great rate, when it was time to check in, I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite by a very nice staff member. Room was beautiful, furniture could use updating as most of the bottom edges were badly scuffed. Went to the pool area, great pool/slide for kids. Hot tub was perfect to end the night. Only issue there, no pool attendant to give out towels. No towels to use, luckily I had my robe. Really though, a great stay, these are just minor points that could have made it a 5 star. FYI, I stayed at another hotel the next night and had a terrible stay, especially after having stay here. :-)"

"Rooms and room service was great. The maids were excellent and did a quick efficient job. Breakfast was basic but good. Sevice there and the coffee was great. Cleanliness was excellent .. "
