"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff at Indochine Premium Hotel are some of the most hospital, friendly people I have ever had the chance of meeting!

"Stayed here while I was in Hanoi. It was a great hotel to stay at for my trip in Vietnam. The room was spotless and there were multiple amenities at this hotel. The hotel staff were all very helpful and they allowed us to do a late check out and even arranged free transportation to the airport. The manager Nancy went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible and I highly recommend staying here if you visit Hanoi."
"Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our anniversary during the stay and even surprised me with a birthday surprise during our stay. Would 100% come back and recommend this to anyone visiting. Location is great and the hotel and spa were top quality as well. "
"Beautiful lobby, property, the rooms very very well appointed. Get a suite or Jr suite. A nicely professional staff. Breakfast is extensive and international. The rooftop bar is a plus, although it was rainy for our stay. Can imagine it with a clear, starry night. Very well located in the old town. Highly recumbent."
