"The breakfast was excellent, with different options including an egg dish or pho. The room was clean and quiet. Giang at the front desk was extremely helpful, and repeatedly assisted us with transportation to and from local attractions and to the airport. Mrs. Jennie also helped us get transportation from the airport to the hotel which was a lifesaver especially when we arrived internationally for the first time in Vietnam. The hotel location is excellent, walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and the lake. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"My room was clean with appropriate amenities. There was a bit of dust under the bed but nothing terrible. As I mentioned to the front desk on my way out my shower did leak around the drain a bit. A minor caulking event.
