"Overall we have a great stay at Golden Sun Hotel. The location was perfect, especially if its your first time in Hanoi and you want to explore the Old Quarter. The staff were very good, in particular Jimmi at reception who was super friendly and helpful with booking tours, transportation and giving city recommendations.

"I stayed here for two nights and I loved it. The room was very clean, comfortable, and I slept really well, which I appreciated so much. The staff were super friendly and kind, and the balcony and rooftop were beautiful. I enjoyed spending time there.
At the end of my stay they even gave me a hotel bag as a gift. It was such a sweet gesture, especially because I actually needed one haha
