Our only disappointments were a very long wait to check out (over an hour) and a disturbed night following a wedding in the hotel. The wedding noise was not an issue but tidying the outdoor space just outside our rooms went on until the early hours - worth checking"

"This was a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices. I chose the hotel as it had 3 restaurants but when we checked we were informed that the was no space in the restaurants only in the buffet. We had half board. That was poor for a 5 *. Buffet was ok if you like that way of having dinner. We were unlucky that it was cold in the canary island and very windy. The room had no heating system and they provided a small electric heater. I was surprised not to have a heating possibility even here. The staff was...

The entertainment was really cheap, Same entertainment people every night miming to songs. Walks into town difficult. The best thing was the beautifull view which is spectacular. "

"Overall excellent hotel. Extremely scenic spot and very peaceful I slept with the sound of waves. Not walkable to many shops but great for a relaxing break. They only give you water and amenities the first day. Few British tourists most German and peaceful. "
