"The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated. Plenty of amenities and the floor manager even remembered my name which was nice. This is moreso a luxury hotel for travelers coming / going from airport."

"At first, we thought the room was great, but then we noticed bugs running around and the cleaning staff did a horrible job cleaning before we checked in. For example, we found food in between the couch cushions which can be the cause of the bugs. We had to clean the floor ourselves and buy bug spray."
