I chose this hotel because of its high rating, but I was disappointed upon arrival. The room was dirty, outdated, and the bed was so hard that it gave me back pain. The staff was poorly trained; I noticed a cook using the same utensil to handle raw meat and serve cooked food. Housekeeping didn't change the bed sheets daily, and the staff emptied the trash and replaced towels without washing their hands. The kids' club was located in an old, dirty underground area, which seemed to be a poorly renovated parking lot. We attempted to make restaurant reservations before our arrival, but the hotel insisted we could only do so after check-in. By then, most reservations were already fully booked, even though we were staying for a week. The service throughout the hotel was extremely slow, and the staff didn't seem to follow basic hygiene practices, like washing their hands. The buffet was the only dining option, and it was terrible—there were even flies on the food. This hotel doesn't even deserve a two-star rating.
