Staff good, room fine, breakfast very convenient. Location not ideal — downtown hotels closer to train and more direct automobile route to USC, which was my reason for being here, and if you’re not able to be there you’re probably better off just going a bit further out in any direction and absorbing the additional time and cost so that the location and facilities are a bit more vibrant and populated.

I had an issue and needed to speak with the manager who was cold, unfriendly and unreasonable. I was very disappointed and will try and find other properties for my next event. The line staff was AMAZING the manager not so much. I had a horrible experience and I spent lots of money at this venue. NOT HAPPY!!!

The front desk staff was amazing the line staff as well. However, the manager was not very nice and in fact had no heart at all. I'm not sure why she's in this business. I book rooms all the time and will never bring my guests here again, but for the manager.

Comfortable stay with some inconveniences
Solid for the price, only had issues with inconvenient parking system— just very awkward architecture makes parking take longer than should. Daily reset card system is also inconvenient. The good thing is service was always available to help with any issues.
