Shenzen has changed so much since I last visited in early 80s. I'm impressed of the improvement and the infrastructure development. Transportation using MTR was fast and easy. I definitely will spend more time to explore the city in the future.

Excellent public transportation. The subway system was the best I have ever experienced all over the world, extensive, passenger friendly and super clean.

I like the city, it is lively, safe, convenient, and very electrified with little to no air pollution. Except one thing I don't like is that many electirc scooters are running on pedestrian paths, and you would be shocked when beeped by them.

Be careful of DIDI drivers. Most of them are nice and honest but some can take advantage of the foreigners. I was taked advantage by a driver on this trip.

My wife and I travel frequently to Shenzhen from Hong Kong. We love the city and possibilities Shenzhen is offering.
"We stayed an extra night due to the Typhoon. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The Chef Concierge Louis was extremely helpful.
Will definitely come again. "
"Very convenient location to local markets and public transportation. Very nice and helpful staff, Beta to accommodate my kid for snacks while waiting for a ride. Great and clean place to bring family to visit in Shenzhen. "
"Specifically specified family of 4 for our booking and was giving a room with 1 bed. Had to pay extra for a extra single bed and the 4th person slept on the sofa. "
"An absolutely excellent stay! The hotel itself is wonderful. The manager was exceptionally nice and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and clearly prepared with great care. Dining in the restaurant was a highlight, offering beautiful views. All staff were incredibly polite and responded promptly to every request. Highly recommend!"
"Unbeatable location, beautiful property. Room is very spacious with a view overlooking the city. Staff are helpful. We had a very pleasant check in with Clarence Chu at front desk. This gentleman speaks fluent Cantoneses, Mandarin, English and Spanish- impressive.
Our family had 4 rooms reserved. Everyone was pleased with their room. Clarence checked in with us after we got to the room, to make sure things are going well. Just when I thought we won’t see him again. We met him again at lobby and he gave us an umbrella, reminding us it’s rain season. How thoughtful. We would stay there again and hope Clarence will still be there.
Lunch at the Lobby restaurant was also delicious. Staffs are very nice and I personally like the live pianist. Very comforting. Overall a 5 stars experience. "
