Really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is right on a beautiful beach and the garden room we stayed in was overall comfortable and had all we needed. The beach club was so nice to relax at. You’re paying for the prime location. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Tulum beach.

We had a wonderful week staying at this lovely well located hotel. Very comfortable room, extremely friendly staff. So peaceful. There is music on the beach and pool area but it’s very chilled and unobtrusive unlike many other places along this stretch where they have the music pumping all day, so if you’re looking for a relaxing break , this is perfect.

We got the most professional and personal welcome we have ever had at a checkin, including a quick tour through the hotel facilities. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. The hotel is a little old and worn, but all areas are kept clean and organized. The beach is just a step away, and absolutely fantastic!

The service at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From check in to check out, they went out of their way to make our experience as perfect as it could be. The breakfast at the resturant is also incredibly delicious. The rooms are clean & updated. And the location is perfectly set in the center of the beach but not in the heart of the chaos that has taken over Tulum.

Very relaxing and great beach view. Parking was very tight but available or the attendant took keys to take care of for us. It rained regularly and the closet had a leak that got our clothes very damp or wet. No TV or fridges in the room, AC worked great though and curtains kept it dark for sleeping in. We stayed in the Deluxe Ocean View Suite. Tropical storm Nadine made landfall during our stay. We had multiple leaks coming from the roof. It dripped constantly right onto the pillow area of the master bed. We had to sleep in the twin beds. They offered us the room below both nights, but we specifically paid for the privacy and view of the room we were in, so we declined. Other than the leaky roof, everything else was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good stay overall.

The breakfast menu is excellent and well rounded, complete with coffee, fresh juice, fruit or pancakes, and the main dish, no continental breakfast here. If you don’t want the big resort feel, this is the place, couples friendly, quiet, beautiful beach, and walking distance from restaurants and shops.
