"Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. Beyond that, the amenities of free breakfast and fitness equipment were well stocked and in good working order. Courtesy at check-in and check-out was outstanding, housekeeping staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again.

You might want to play some rounds at Rocky Point Golf Course, located 6.5 mi (10.5 km) from central Tampa. Hotels.com travelers also say the area is great for couples and has lots of nice beaches. It's also full of great shops and restaurants, so you can spend the afternoon having a wander. If Rocky Point Golf Course doesn't quite scratch your golfing itch, Countryway Golf Club is also nearby.
Upper Tampa Bay Park is worth a pic or two when discovering Town 'n' Country. Why not take a stroll along the beaches and watch the sunset while you're here? Tampa has many other popular activities you might want to visit such as Raymond James Stadium and Port of Tampa.
