Never again
Horrible. Apart from the pool being a dinky little thing right next to LA traffic and no bar/restaurant service. How about no bar/restaurant during the day (all closed) and then in the evening having private parties at the bar/restaurant (room service the only option) Then of course the bar/restaurant turns into a full on night club which is fine apart from you hear the pumping music all night in your room and the screaming and shouting of the attendees - particularly when they leave in the early hours. Combined with the LA traffic and sirens all night - sleep is a luxury that this hotel does not offer. Room was dirty - someone else’s hair on the floor of the bathroom - yuk!

Never Again!
Apparently on wed nights the hotel hosts a disco/salsa night. The bass was so loud it was thumping my room 4 floors above. The music went on untill 1:30 am. When I called the front desk, they offered to "send up earplugs" I stay at the sofitel in ny when I go, so decided to stay at this one as it was close to my meeting. I left early and they credited my $80 valet and $36 "resort fee", but nothing else. In addition, when I called to discuss the issue with the day manager, she never even had the courtesy to call me back. Never again...will I visit this chain of hotels.
