Hotel denied to give stay
I had booked a hotel for family trip on 23jan2021 wherein i got the check-in date on 23jan and check out 26jan 2021 also received confirmation mail from hotels.com simultaneously will be paid the amount at hotel and when i reached at the Himanshu resorts at night on 023jan2021 then were refused to provide the hotel stay and they said that no booking was being denied as all rooms were occupied and when i tried to contact the hotel.com at night it could bot be done because service 9 am to 7pm only the hotel said that they have already mailed to hotels.com for cancellation the i contacted to hotel .com 23jan 2021 in the morning time and Hotel.com said that they would be rebooked the hotel but unable to provide the stay in other hotel and when he checked the application that he already taken his stay and eventually they were failed to provide me the promised services due to their negligence and i had faced a lot of inconvenience. Despite several efforts , i didn't get any satisfactory response from their side. I want that you should take action against culprit and compensate me. Still my booking is showing completed.
