"To start I was charged twice before I even arrived! then we got to the hotel and regret set in. We got in the elevator and it was the absolute dirtiest sketchiest one we’ve ever been in, the door to our room only opened if you knew exactly how to do it just right, the bathroom was so dirty and rundown, the paint was peeling off and ran all the time. And the beds were not the best…The pro of Everything was that breakfast was good and it was nice having coffee all day, the staff were all very nice...

"I had never heard of Westgate and was very pleased!
It was a great value,,, and I loved the little patio sitting areas and kitcheonette’s .

was perfect. Its a good size and had a hot tub.
This hotel is great for the traveler. We were there to visits our kids and grand baby for the night. We appreciate parking in fron of our room, with exterior entrances. It fit the bill.
Literally our only complaint, if you can even call it that, is the bathroom...

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Nice touch with fresh cookies available each night. Free breakfast is awesome - especially when you need to eat quickly before heading out to compete in a sports event. Bedding is very nice.

"Great location, since we did a couple spring training games at the stadium across the street. Local drive 15 to 20 minutes anywhere in Sccottsdale and short drive to airport. Easy checkin. Only compliant if any was the comfort of the bed, it was way to soft. But very clean, enjoyed the

"This will be a beautiful property when its finished. Unfortunately, it was still under construction when we visited so there were very limited dining and bar options. Large common areas in the lobby, grounds, and restaurants were off limits. Super disappointing. We really enjoyed the spa and the pools. "
