"The hardest part of the stay was using our Hilton Gift Cards. It made the check in process difficult. Then we still ended up owing a little more after our stay that should have been charged at the beginning. Other than that the rooms were nice. "Ive stayed at the Gaylord a few times now while my daughter was in Orlando for a cheerleading competition at ESPN. This resort customer service is beyond 5 stars and so accommodating. It has so many great offers such as the pool restaurants etc. I also love that it is not inundated with teams while there for competitions. I will be back next season. "
