Wir sind masslos enttäuscht über diese Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Die Unterkunft hatten wir genug früh gebucht um sicher zu gehen in der Festival Zeit eine Unterkunft zu haben. (Oftmals fast alles ausgebucht) Als wir dort ankamen, war niemand da und mir wurde dann telefonisch mitgeteilt das ich kein Zimmer habe. Nach langem Hin und Her sagte mir der Besitzer der Unterkunft dann doch ich kann in ein Zimmer rein und hat mir den Code für das Zimmer gegeben. Dieses Zimmer was jedoch belegt. Ginde ich eine absolute frechheit, vorallem auch für die Personen welche dieses Zimmer schon bezogen haben. (KEINE SICHERHEIT VORHANDEN) Als ich ihm sagte das dieses Zimmer besetzt ist sagte er oh dann weiss er auch nicht warum dieses Zimmer belegt ist. Er hing mir das telefon schon wieder auf und sagte wir sollen warten. wir warteten dort bis ca 22.20Uhr Abends, bis ein Typ kam und uns sagte dass wir das Hotel verlassen sollen. Wir standen also spät abends mit all unserem Gepäck auf der Strasse, mittem in Tulum und alles war ausgebucht. Finde ich eine absolute frechheit, das sie die zimmer überbuchen und keine Übersicht mehr haben darüber. Dies sei dort schon öfter passiert. Abgesehen davon, dass der besitzer die Tür-Codes rausgibt und jemand fremdes in ein belegtes zimmer rein kann. Geht garnicht!!
