The manager even came outside to personally welcome us and thank us for choosing to stay there, which made us feel truly valued. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the gentlemen working during breakfast service provided outstanding customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made every morning enjoyable. I felt so comfortable throughout our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. I would absolutely recommend Prestige Hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay. 10/10 !"

"Loved this resort...centrally located, great facilities, access to the beach, easy to reach by bus from Komtar in Georgetown (bus stop at door). Staff were very helpful and attentive. Buffet breakfast was amazing with so many choices. Even got to meet the Manager on quite a few occasions who was wondering the resort, checking facilities (very impressed by this) On the same bus route to Batu Firinghi, Penang NP, Escape, Butterfly farm too. Would highly recommend for a staycation as it's quieter, spacious and centrally located."
