Fair
There was no housekeeping or restaurant that was open on site. The waterfall shower was not working properly. Was disappointed but will assume that it was due to Covid and am willing to give another shot after pandemic is over.

Could do better
Where do I begin? We had told our son about 2 years ago we would take him to Graceland on his 12th birthday if he was still a huge Elvis fan come that time. Fast forward to 2020, we booked our room in Feb & Covid changed everything the following month. We were suppose to go in Oct 2020 but with covid restrictions, & with school canceling our fall break we had to move our plans to spring break 2021. We figured to make the trip even more special we would book The Guest House at Graceland. Upon arrival it was So nice. The kids loved it because of the looks. The lady at the desk was nice & check in was a breeze. Got to our room & the first thing we notice was mustard stains on the floor. (I’ve never had noticeable stains on any hotel floor including the super 8) We quickly realized we had no trash bags in the trash cans either. We called to the desk informed them about the stain & asked for trash bags. We were told kinda rudely that house keeping knows about the stain & they would send us a trash bag. We got one bag that was way to big for either trash can but whatever.. with 2 kids at least we have somewhere to put the trash now. Skip to the next day, we were not told we had to leave our dirty towels outside in the hallway and when we requested clean ones we were told they would bring them to us. Needless to say I was up at 6am the next morning in the lobby getting clean ones. The stay wasn’t horrible but I have stayed at much cheaper hotels with better service.

Very good
Expensive, but good experience
Comfortable room. No food on site but lots of close options. Pool not open. Gift shop limited hours. Lots of crazy resort fees and taxes.

3 night stay in Memphis
Enjoyed our stay in the hotel, which was quite nice overall. The restaurants in the hotel were not open unfortunately due to covid restrictions, which was understandable. Many restaurant choices nearby - I recommend Marlowes 🙂. Staff were very friendly during our stay.
