When I first walked in it smelled great! The room was perfect for my family size. Indoor pool was good. The pool isn't heat so it is a nice trade off from the lazy river and hot tub. My kids absolutely enjoyed themselves so did my wife and I. We had an enormous balcony that would of sat 10-15 people comfortably. Great experience!

It was a great stay. The kids especially loved that the indoor pool and lazy river stayed open til 2AM! Only thing that was disappointing was that the breakfast wasn’t available during our stay bc the worker didn’t show up, but I realize that was out of their control.

It was great...from the friendly check in to request for towels. Breakfast was good and the pool was open late. My kids loved the pool and lazy river staying open later..everything was inside so rain didnt stop them from enjoying time in the pool and lazy river.

The room is very clean. The staff members are very friendly. My only complaint is that the curtain is supposed to cover the balcony door and it would not close all the way. Meaning we had to deal with the hot sun shining in our room. Other than that the room overall is really nice.

The site is undergoing renovations which I was unaware of when booking this hotel. The condition of the hotel wasn’t great. Carpet was very dirty and the elevator near my room is not in service. The shower barely drained. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Over all was quiet but we wasn’t there besides to sleep pool and lazy river was in basement never used it. Can tell it’s under remodel which we didn’t know till we had got there and seen it ourself. Beds were wore down could feel the springs. Only had a few select Chanel’s on tv. And they had vending signs hung up but no machines nor could use the workout room. And the breakfast was ehh. Same thing for the whole stay we was there.

Great overnight stay overall . Indoor pool could be warmer , and the jets did not work in the shared Hot tub but it was Hot so that was nice ! Loved the late Ck out !! Kids said the breakfast was so so . Room and service was great !!!! - only complaint was the couch in our room probably needed to be deep cleaned or thrown away . Heavily stained but no smell . We love this place and will return !
