"Excellent location, quiet and clean. The staff went above and beyond for us from the moment we checked in early. I stupidly left my phone in the taxi on the way to the train station. When I realized I’d lost it, my friend called the hotel, who immediately checked my room and when they didn’t find it, took it upon themselves to call the taxi company. Within a few minutes of calling the hotel, they’d tracked down the taxi, located my phone, and sent the driver to meet me at the train station so we’d make our departure. This is WAY above the call of duty, and saved the day. Would recommend 1000 times over. "

The staff were available 24/7, arranging taxis, anticipating needs, and treating us with the kind of old-school attentiveness you’d expect from a personal butler. Their warmth and professionalism elevated the entire trip. The hotel’s amenities were just as impressive—the comfortable bed, a luxurious tub, the pool, and all the little details that made it easy to balance both business and leisure. I even had local friends visit, and they were equally impressed with the beauty and history of the building. I have no complaints—only gratitude. The Grand Hotel added an unforgettable touch of elegance and charm to my Amsterdam experience."

"Hotel is located just opposite the stadium, however, great location. A 10 mins walk to a train station. Staff were really friendly and rooms are moderately sized. Overall, it was a good experience!"

"Upon arrival the staff welcomed us like we were family. So right away they were winning points. The bed in the room was comfortable for 4 nights. The only thing about the room is the bathroom/shower area. If you're travelling with someone else, I hope you're familiar with each other as they really aren't separate from the sleeping area. Other than that, it's a super convenient area. Close to the Reichstag museum and close to popular tram stops. Would stay here again."
