"Generous living space, comfortable rooms, and kind staff. If you need the space a suite provides, this property covers it. At first glance, it looks nice but needs a good refresh and found carpets, floors, furniture, and tables in the atrium area to need some paint, refresh, and cleaning. dog. The rooms were spacious. The location is great-- next to the lake, bars, restaurants, and shopping. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning (especially the tub). Also, there were a couple random charges on my card by the hotel that I can't account for. I plan to call them when I return home to ask for an explanation. "The central location of the Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile Chicago was perfect for being close to my professional conference. It was also very close to multiple attractions. The service was top notch from check in, housekeeping, the bar and restaurant. I ate my dinner in the Hotel Both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the meals. Both were excellent in freshness and flavor as well as portion size. The Happy Hour at the bar was a Plus! I will certainly stay at the Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile...

"Quite easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and as a platinum member I’ve stayed in a lot. Staff here couldn’t care less if you were there or not, at best they ignore you and at worst they downright rude. The local charges are a rip off - even though I knew about them in advance - it basically gets you a few bottles of water. The only positive about this place is the location, and the room was a reasonable size…other than that this hotel is now on my black list."
