"The staff namely kritika , Purnima & Manager Prakash were very helpful. The Radisson resort khapoli is newly built & the resort restaurant & All the were of high standard. We were lucky to get upgraded to suite by help of Manger. Finally it memorable 4 days @ Radisson resort khapoli. "

"Towels were not provided in room when checked in. Had to call and request. Late check in but asked to check out on time. Room service is really good, cleaned and provided toiletries second day. Buffet Bfst included is a plus! Good food, ambience and game room. Pool is definitely the highlight of this hotel, although couldn’t use it due to rain. "
