Food was great and our room was wonderful. You can fly into Tulum or Cancun airport. If you do, make your own reservations for shuttle service as their taxi prices were much higher than what we actually paid to get to the hotel. They do offer free shuttle service to Cancun airport but not Tulum airport. "
